If you already have a CF account, then you already have an eGiving account! When you go to eGiving, if you're not already logged into your MyCF account, you can start by entering your gift amount and choosing a fund. When you enter your email, the system checks it against our records. If it finds a match, you'll be prompted to sign in with your existing CF login. If it doesn't find a match, you'll enter your payment information to complete your gift, then have the option to create an account.

Yes. Log in to your MyCF account to view current-year giving on the MyGiving page and prior-year contribution statements on the Contributions page.

No action is required. The next time you give, the system will try to match your email to your existing account. If it finds a match, you can log in or continue as a guest — we recommend logging in so you can securely save your payment information for future gifts. If no match is found, you'll have the option to create an account at the end of your transaction.

You do not have to set up recurring giving, however, if you plan to give regularly, we do encourage it. It's a simple, "set it and forget it" way to stay consistent with your giving — no need to remember each week or month. It also makes tracking and managing your gifts easier on your end, and helps our church plan and budget more effectively through predictable, consistent support. Ultimately, it allows us to be better financial stewards of the resources God has provided through our congregation.

This may vary slightly by banking institution, but your statement will still show "Christ Fellowship" as part of the transaction.

No, your account stays tied to our church database. However, we recommend removing your saved payment information from OnlineGiving after you've set up your payment method in the new eGiving system. To remove your payment information, log in to OnlineGiving, click “Your Account” and select “My Profile”, then “Payments,” and click the trash can icon next to any saved payment methods.

If you have a recurring gift set up in OnlineGiving, you will need to log in and cancel it — it will not cancel automatically when you set up a new recurring gift in eGiving.

After you’ve set up your recurring gifts in eGiving, log in to your OnlineGiving account. Click “Your Account” in the top right corner, and then select “Recurring Schedules.” Click the orange “Edit” button next to your recurring gift, and then click “Cancel Recurring Payment” at the bottom of the page.

No. Your single contribution statement, covering all giving for the year, will be available on the MyContributions page on cfhome.org in late January. You'll receive an email from [email protected] when it's ready.
